When ordering any Astronomical Cones product, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address, billing information, and forms of contact. 

You will ensure that such information is up to date. You will represent and warrant that any such information will be accurate. 

Astronomical Cones LLC will provide you updates regarding the schedule for all deliveries. Please allow at least 24 Hours before receiving your tracking information (non-wholesale). As we will send you tracking when package has been properly stored or when in route. During high demand seasons, just contact us. We will move you to the front of line.

Our preferred shipment carriers (FedEx, UHL, USPS, UPS) will e-notify you of any shipment delays that are preventing an on-time delivery. We do ask if you have any issues with carrier or shipment, please reach out to our staff, as we will assist you with any needs or requests. We continue to guarantee experiences, one astronaut at a time. We a promise safe traveled packages with communicative delivery.

If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue waiting for your product, you may cancel your order and get a full refund of your payments at any time before the product has been dispatched.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International shipments are sent via (USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx). 

The International transit time displayed on the website or via tracking information is only an estimate and may incur delays due to the destination’s customs processing. Our preferred shipment carriers (FedEx, UHL, USPS, UPS) will e-notify you of any shipment delays that are preventing an on-time delivery. 

We do ask if you have any issues with carrier or shipment delay’s to please reach out to our staff, as we will assist you with any needs or requests.

The customer is solely responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes, brokerage or handling fees. These import fees are not included in your order total and are at the discretion of your country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend you check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to making your purchase.

All prices and transactions on this website are in USD. You may be assessed currency conversion or other fees associated with this transaction by your bank or credit card issuer if your card’s currency is other than USD.

DISCREET SHIPPING

To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain black bubble mailer with a single product label. The return label will also be sticked on your package and will state all information needed for location of return.
